You'll want to make sure you click on the graduation cap at the top right side of your page to see balance information. If you have any trouble with that process, feel free to visit the Momentum Center and our team can assist with Portal navigation.
If you want to make a payment on behalf of a student account, your student will need to allow you to be an authorized user within their Student Account Center. The Family Portal shows information about a students account but as far as taking action on accounts, those will happen in other spaces.
